Who is Batman? Why has he taken over the Mountz Art Studio?
Batman is a fictional character created by the artist
Bob Kane and writer Bill Finger. A comic book superhero, Batman first appeared in Detective Comics #27 (May 1939), and since then has appeared in many of DC Comics’ publications.
Batman is famous for his extra-keen powers of observation and deduction, which he uses to solve perplexing crimes and mysteries. He is perhaps the most famous fictional detective, and indeed one of the best known and universally recognizable literary and artistic characters in fiction.
Our classroom has many superhero themes with posters and artwork hanging up. This is not only to inspire young minds but to also make the art studio have relatable characters that are shown through main different artistic mediums. It gives students a relax feeling knowing they can be as creative with their artwork and enjoy their art as much as the artwork and characters they like to look at in class.
