Registering for the site is important because that allows you to receive E-Alerts from the site, which would be sent to your email address in the event of an emergency, closing or early dismissal. Once you're registered, you can also subscribe to certain areas of the site so that you'll receive E-Alert notifications that they've been updated. To subscribe to specific areas of the site, click here. Our original address--www.hwmountz.k12.nj.us--still works, but we've added a simpler one that you can also use to access the site: www.hwmountz.org. Either one brings up the same page.No matter where you are on the site, you can always get to your Outlook Web Access email login by clicking the EMAIL button in the upper right-hand corner of the website. From there, the process for logging into email has not changed. You can click here to jump right to the staff directory. You can also find it by clicking on the Our School tab on this page and selecting Contact Us, then choose the Email Directory link on the left side of the contact page.Viewing the Wednesday FlyersAs of March, 2008, we're no longer distributing paper copies of the Wednesday Flyer packet, but we've begun posting each flyer on our homepage. To view the Flyers, simply click on one; it will open automatically as long as your computer has a PDF viewer installed. If there's no PDF viewer installed on your computer, click hereto download and install Adobe Reader. After this installation, your computer will be able to open the flyers. NOTE: All District computers are loaded with Adobe Reader, so staff members don't need to do this.
Printing the Wednesday FlyersTo print the Flyers, open the Flyer you wish to print, then click the Print icon. Then click OK.You can click here to jump right to our Emergency Information page. There's also a link to it under the "Quicklinks" section of our home page (right beneath the Wednesday Flyers). You can also find it by clicking on the Our Parents tab on this page and selecting Emergency Information, then choose the Notification link on the left side of the contact page.E-Alerts are emails sent from the site by anyone who is allowed to make a change to a page.
